Who can join?
These workshops are open to anybody who is interested in dance, mindfulness and encounters with self and others. No prerequisites required.
What do I need to bring?
Wear anything that feels comfortable to move in. Bring extra clothes to change, it is likely that you will sweat. We dance barefoot. A water bottle is a good idea, and most important of all: curiosity.
How do I sign up?
Selecting a workshop will present you more information. You can either register directly through the form, or you will be provided with more information where to register.
