Soul Motion Workshop with Edgar Spieker
What is your passion? What are you burning for? What keeps you holding back?
In every being, in everything that exists, a divine spark is gleaming. This inner fire has many names: Qi, Prana, Divine Energy, Breath of Life... For thousands of years philosophers, poets and spiritiual teachers emphasize how valuable it is to commit to this force, to let it flow through us and to give expression to it.
Fire can burn freely and powerfully when it is stirred regularly. The ash is shaken off, so that more oxygen can reach the embers. When we move our body in a mindful and conscious way something similar can occur: Through the dance we let go of what is not needed anymore. More space becomes available for what’s really important to us, what we really burn for.
The image of stirring a fire will be one of our inspirations during this workshop. We practice listening carefully to our inner spark and allow us to be guided. Curiously we let ourselves be surprised in which ways this fire shows up in us: as a delicate flame or firestorm.
This workshop will be taught in English with translation into Italian.
Fee: 195 € / 175 € reduced rate.
