Life proceeds in cycles. Nature shows us how: in growing, blossoming, maturing and decaying. In the change of seasons, in the circling of the planets around the sun and even in the smallest structures in which the electrons orbit the atomic nucleus. Yet many of us try to squeeze our lives into a linear shape. One goal in mind, always straight ahead, without detours. But sometimes it is precisely these detours that suddenly make our lives appear in a completely different, greater light. Suddenly it becomes clear how exhausting it is to hold on to a learned straight line and how much more organic and easier it is to surrender to the maenadic currents of life.

How good that we have the wisdom of the body! In the blood circulation, in the flow of breath, in the recurring rhythm of tension and relaxation, sleep and wakefulness, there is the knowledge of the cyclical nature of life. And when we free our dance from our own demands for perfection and predefined step sequences, this wisdom can unfold within us and become visible.
Lightness and passion come back into our lives, without any effort or need.

During this weekend we will return to the inner source of dance. We listen to what is happening within us and give the impulses of movement space to unfold. When the time is right, we let our attention draw larger circles and explore our "Circles of Life" together with others.

Workshop fee:

Standard Fee: 375 € / für TN mit Wohnsitz außerhalb der Schweiz: 310 €
Reduced Fee: 345 €

plus costs for accomodation starting at 230 CHF for the whole weekend
