The Art of Connecting

1.–4.4.2027 Thu 18:30 - Sun 14 h

Soul Motion Workshop with Edgar Spieker

Soul Motion is a dance meditation method through which we bring awareness to the diversity of our relational landscapes.

In life, we move organically between different relational fields: sometimes we are alone, then in pairs, then part of a group, and then part of the greater whole.

But the exciting question is: HOW do we actually make contact?

How do we renew the connection to ourselves and our own bodies? What does connection mean in dancing together with others? And how do I sense my own boundaries and express them clearly to the outside world?

Contact happens through perception. And since we have many channels of perception, direct physical contact is only one possible way. An encounter without physical touch can be just as close and connecting. And sometimes, a held hand or an embrace is exactly what feels good in the moment.
Sensing what is needed when, and standing up for it — that is the art.

This weekend, we will explore the art of connecting.
It’s worth it! Greater joy and depth in life, more connection and relaxation await us.
