Teilnahmebedingungen für Workshops mit Edgar Spieker

Anmeldung

Mit der Bestätigung deiner Anmeldung per E-Mail oder mündlich ist die Teilnahme verbindlich. Da die Workshops zu festen Terminen stattfinden, besteht kein gesetzliches Widerrufsrecht (§ 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 9 BGB). Der Beitrag ist mit der Anmeldung sofort fällig.

Wenn du nicht teilnehmen kannst

1. Absage bis 2 Wochen vor Beginn: Beim regulären Tarif (ermäßigt, normal, Förderer) wird der volle Beitrag als Guthaben auf einen anderen Workshop mit Edgar Spieker übertragen, beim Frühbucher- oder Aktionstarif 50 %.
2. Spätere Absage oder Nichterscheinen: Der volle Beitrag bleibt fällig.
3. Ersatzperson: Du kannst jederzeit kostenfrei jemanden an deiner Stelle schicken.

Guthaben ist drei Jahre gültig und wird nicht ausgezahlt, außer es findet in dieser Zeit kein Workshop mit Edgar Spieker statt. Absagen bitte per E-Mail. Du kannst nachweisen, dass uns kein oder ein wesentlich geringerer Schaden entstanden ist; dann zahlst du nur diesen.

Wenn der Workshop abgesagt wird

‍Wir können absagen bei Krankheit oder Unfall des Leiters, höherer Gewalt oder wenn die Mindestteilnehmerzahl von 12 Personen 14 Tage vor Beginn nicht erreicht ist. Du wirst sofort informiert und erhältst den Beitrag vollständig zurück. Reise- und Übernachtungskosten werden nicht erstattet.

Gesundheit und Haftung

‍Die Teilnahme setzt normale körperliche und psychische Belastbarkeit voraus. Bei gesundheitlichen Einschränkungen kläre bitte vorher ärztlich ab, ob die Teilnahme sinnvoll ist, und informiere den Leiter. Der Workshop ist keine Therapie. Du entscheidest selbst, an welchen Übungen du teilnimmst.

Wir haften unbeschränkt bei Vorsatz, grober Fahrlässigkeit und Verletzungen von Leben, Körper oder Gesundheit. Bei einfacher Fahrlässigkeit haften wir nur für die Verletzung wesentlicher Pflichten und begrenzt auf den vorhersehbaren Schaden.

English Version of the Terms and Conditions for Workshops with Edgar Spieker

Registration

Your participation becomes binding once your registration has been confirmed by email or verbally. Since the workshops take place on fixed dates, there is no statutory right of withdrawal (Section 312g (2) No. 9 of the German Civil Code, BGB). The fee is due immediately upon registration.

If you are unable to attend

1. Cancellation up to 2 weeks before the start: For the regular rate (reduced, standard or supporter), the full fee will be transferred as a credit to another workshop with Edgar Spieker. For the early-bird or promotional rate, 50% will be credited.
2. Later cancellation or no-show: The full fee remains payable.
3. Substitute: You may send someone in your place at any time, free of charge.

Credits are valid for three years and cannot be paid out, unless no workshop with Edgar Spieker takes place during that period. Please send cancellations by email. You may prove that we incurred no loss or a significantly lower loss. In that case you only pay that amount.

If the workshop is cancelled

‍We may cancel the workshop if the facilitator falls ill or has an accident, in cases of force majeure, or if the minimum number of 12 participants has not been reached 14 days before the start. You will be informed immediately and receive a full refund of your fee. Travel and accommodation costs will not be reimbursed.

Health and liability

‍Participation requires normal physical and mental resilience. If you have any health limitations, please consult a doctor beforehand about whether participation is advisable, and inform the facilitator. The workshop is not therapy. You decide for yourself which exercises you take part in.

We accept unlimited liability for intent, gross negligence and injury to life, body or health. In cases of simple negligence, we are liable only for breaches of essential obligations, limited to the foreseeable damage.

In case of any discrepancy, the German version shall prevail.
