To find a home in solitude means to receive and release the simplicity and clarity of each breath, to acknowledge our wounds, and to celebrate our gifts.

To be at home in connection with another person means to be rooted in one’s own heart while also daring to see and be seen as we truly are — and to be moved by that.

To be at home in community means being willing to stand up for ourselves while also making space for the diversity and beauty of others.

To be at home in the world means continually turning toward the mystery of life within and around us with wonder and appreciation.
