The Art of Becoming is an attunement to the nature of existence, where everything is constantly moving and fluctuating.

Everything is in a state of change and transformation, a place of movement.

We also are movement and like music, like a dance we have so many possibilities of being, so many shapes and notes.
Becoming is not a linear process, not something to achieve outside of ourselves or to radically change who we are, it’s the unfolding of who we are, our true nature.

Through playing and moving with some BISO – Body in Soul - and Soul Motion movement portals we will travel into a space of exploring the art of becoming ; fluid, present, open to shifting shape and widening our possibilities our creativity to the art of living…

About Cathy:
Cathy has been working in embodied movement practice for thirty years with a background in theatre. She studied and trained with Gabrielle Roth, founder of the 5 Rhythms®, is a founding member of Open Floor International and works extensively in Europe and the UK.
