Soul Motion Workshop with Edgar Spieker

We all share the longing for a fulfilled and intensely lived life. One of the keys to this is the alertness with which we encounter life. Children have a lot of this by nature. The wonder and fascination of a new experience allows them to be fully present.

As helpful as our life experiences are, they can lead us to stop looking so closely. We think we know what we are like. And also the people around us. In doing so, we ignore the most important characteristic of life: constant change.

There is a way out: let’s start again! Let’s approach life with the attention of a beginner! Let’s dance as if we had never danced before.

Together we practise mindful awareness of our own body and our own movement impulses. In guided exercises and free movement phases, we allow ourselves to follow these impulses without judgment. We strengthen the inner, benevolent witness that notices when we lose ourselves or get stuck in habits. It tells us when it is time to pause, turn to a new blank page in the book of our lives and dance the next, first dance.

Workshop fee:

Standard Fee: 230 €
Reduced Fee: 190 €
Supporter Fee: 270 €

Note on the pricing structure:

The regular fee is the regular fee for the workshop.
The reduced fee is for dancers that cannot afford the standard rate
The supporter fee is intended for people with greater financial means. By paying a higher rate they support in this way participants with a small budget so that they can pay the reduced rate.
